How to delete your account (in the app)
- Open the Parental Values app and sign in.
- Tap the Settings tab (gear icon) in the bottom navigation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen.
- Tap "Delete Account" (shown in red).
- Confirm on the "Delete Account?" dialog. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted and you are signed out.
Request deletion by email (alternative)
If you can’t access the app, email support@parentalvalues.app from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Account info: name, email, and login credentials
- Child device pairings and device identifiers
- Location history and Safe Zones
- App usage / screen-time history and installed-app lists
- Schedules, app-blocking rules, and push notification tokens
What may be retained, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (up to 7 years), as mandated by law.
- Residual backup copies are fully purged within 90 days.
- After deletion, data cannot be recovered.
